Most items are prepared and shipped within 3-4 weeks. If you have time restraints (birthday parties, holidays, family photos, etc) please contact me so I can put a rush on your order! What shipping service do you use? TOP
I use USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Sweet Dreams Designs is not responsible for items lost by the USPS. If you would like shipping insurance on your items, please contact me regarding this option. Can I find your items in stores? TOP

I recommend turning your outfit inside out and washing on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Use a medium heat setting on your iron. Do you accept returns? TOP
Due to the customized nature of each product, I cannot accept returns. However, I will be happy to work with you to do what I can to make you happy with the product you have purchased! I can usually adjust lengths, let out hems, move buttons, etc on most items and will be happy to do this for you if need be. Exchanges will be on an individual basis. Thanks for understanding!
