Returns & Exchanges: Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check your order for accuracy, and try on each garment to ensure proper fit. We will be happy to accommodate exchanges within 10 days of the shipping date. All items returned will be at Sweet Dreams Designs discretion. We will correct custom orders if there is an error on our part. A request for return must be made in writing within 10 days of shipping date. There is a 20% restocking fee for items not exchanged.
Cancellations: After your order is placed, you have 5 days to change or cancel your order. Any cancellations made after 5 days will incur a 20% canceling fee due to the fact that your order has already been processed and production has begun.

Payment Options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Your credit card statement will read "Joy Children's Boutique, LLC". Checks must be made out to Sweet Dreams Designs and must include phone number & driver's license. Returned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee.
Care of Clothing: We always recommend low heat!
Shipments & Availability: We are a trunk show company and all items are somewhat custom or customized. Most orders are shipped within 8 weeks of the date your order is received. Shipping time varies due to our production schedule or merchandise availability. Sweet Dreams Designs clothing is not mass produced but is made to order.
