As a child, every outfit I wore was hand made by my mother.  From smocking to French handsewing, my mother was a true artist.  When asked how I got started designing children's clothing, my response is always the same...."It's in my blood!" 

I started sewing even before my little boy was born. It started off as many first sewing projects do: with a pillowcase dress. That feeling of having an idea and watching it come to life in your own hands is what keeps me creating every single day!

Sweet Dreams Designs was started in 2006 after finishing that very first little dress that I used an old pillowcase from our linen closet to create! From there I truly jumped into this business with both feet and never looked back! I have sold my products in all different avenues including trunk shows, online, wholesale, craft shows, through social media and now through my own brick and mortar shop. There are definitely more ideas than there is time to bring them to life!
